Studio MU Architecture & Design was established in 1993 by Michael Ankava and Uri Ben Dror,
graduates of the Bezalel Academy of Art & Design, Jerusalem.
The studio is based in Tel Aviv, in the Givat Hertzel district.
Apart from the partners, the studio currently employs 13 architects and designers.
Studio MU specializes in:
architecture: planning of residential buildings, commercial structures and private houses.
interior design: apartments, houses, office design.
commercial interior design: in all areas of retail, leisure and hospitality, such as:
restaurants, bars, coffee shops, event halls, hotels, shops, supermarkets and more,
specializing in retail and food chains.
Corresponding with our projects we design site specific artifacts, such as:
furniture, light fixtures, retail display structures and lighting design for commercial spaces.
In our work process we aim to refine all the elements that create the experience through consideration of factors
such as: location, environment, budget, purpose and target clientele.
